The lawsuit details that Kanye instructed Doe to hire private investigators to secretly follow Bianca Censori, particularly during her solo trips, including visits with her family in Australia. Doe also claims that Kanye wanted investigations into the Kardashians’ “supposed criminal activities,” which Ye believed included involvement in “sex trafficking.”
Erratic Behavior and Staff Layoffs
In the court documents, Doe alleges that Kanye began displaying erratic behavior in May 2024, possibly due to alleged nitrous oxide use, and started laying off key staff at Yeezy. He also mentions that Kanye had recently implanted titanium grills on his teeth, which allegedly contributed to his unpredictable actions.
Fallout Over Donda Academy Allegations
The lawsuit further details an incident where Doe confronted Kanye with allegations from a Donda Academy staff member regarding possible child abuse at the school. According to Doe, Kanye responded with threats of “great bodily harm” and yelled at him. Following this confrontation, Doe claims that Kanye’s enforcers sent him additional threats, triggering his PTSD from his military service.
Legal Action and Seeking Damages
John Doe is now seeking an unspecified amount in damages, alleging that Kanye’s actions caused him significant distress and that he was never compensated for his work. The lawsuit also accuses Kanye of creating a toxic work environment.
As of now, Kanye West’s representatives have not responded to the claims.
