Reports of gunfire at a residence on South Pasa Tiempo Way, a small street in the Banbury neighborhood close to Chinden Boulevard and Locust Grove Road, prompted Eagle police officers to respond shortly after midnight. A woman who was “truly harmed” and Rissell dead were found at the scene. According to police, she was taken to a Boise hospital for treatment of what appeared to be “life-threatening injuries.” On Thursday evening, there were no new advancements in regards to the lady’s wellbeing.
